This was my year! Thank you.

This year I learnt a lot, not only about life or the things I love doing but I was able to discover myself and create the person who I want to be.

This year I grew as a person, I discovered myself and most importantly I experienced new opportunities. This year I lived for myself, I made my own decisions and I lived the way I wanted to live.

I done it for myself and you should too...

Source

I think in life everyone should take time and do something for themselves. I want you to think about what inspires you? What is your passion? What do you love doing? Whether it is cake decorating, baking, cooking, cleaning, volunteering, makeup, henna or anything else- sky really is the limit here. Whatever you like doing, go do it

My Favourite Blogs Of The Month | November

Since I started blogging I have made some lovely friends and I have found some amazing blogs to read on a daily basis. I sometimes don’t get the time to comment on all the blogs I read (1. Because there are soo many in my favourites folder 2. Because I don’t have time) but I do try to read as many blogs as I can.

Confidence After An Accident feat. Megan McCoig

This post is different because I got an email from Megan who blogs over at LifeWithMCM (her blog is amazing! Make sure you check it out) asking if we could do a guest post for one another. I suggested that instead of writing the usual guest post that you normally would, we could do an interview on a certain topic for one other. Then Megan came up with an amazing idea of doing questions related to Confidence as both of our blogs target or relate to positivity, in one way or another.

5 reasons why you need a portable charger

I bought a portable charger about 3 months ago when I had to go to London and seriously, it was a life saver! I could charge my phone whenever I wanted, and most importantly it didn't take ages to charge. Ever since I have bought my portable charger I don't feel the need to carry my charger.

She's not your competition.

Source
This is something that is very common nowadays and it's not acceptable. Most of us look at someone and think of them as our 'competition' but if you are competing with others you don't realise but you become bitter. But if you only compete with yourself you become BETTER. Compare yourself with

Who says you can't follow your dreams?

Some people don't start following their dreams because they are making up excuses like I don't have money, I'll do it tomorrow, I don't have enough knowledge or experience, I'm not lucky, or I can't and the list goes on. You've already gave up on yourself before starting, so how can someone else believe in you if you don't? That is not what you deserve because you can do it.

Anxiety, Bullying and Depression feat. Hayley Grice

Today's post is a little different, it's something I've been working on for a long time and wanted to get you all involved. I really want everyone to share their own unique story. I truly believe everyone has their own beautiful story that makes them into the awesome person they are now. So whether you have a happy or sad experience, I really want to get you all involved. We sometimes forget there is someone out there who will be going through the same situation as you. We often think we're the only ones going through that situation, but loads of people have been through it, will be going through it or will experience it in the future.
This is to bring more awareness over real-life situations and be INSPIRED by these amazing individuals.
If you would like to be involved in a post just give me a message on my email Rosehhmua@hotmail.com

Why separate your personal, professional, and social life?

Source

I have a strong view on keeping your personal, professional and social life separate. There is a mix view on the topic of keeping your personal, professional and social life separate, many agree with it and others disagree. I agree with keeping your personal and professional life separate because you may get to a stage in your profession where you want to keep your private life, private. I mean it's called private for a reason right? Personally I keep my

Everything is not always as it seems

Often things are not what they appear to be so don't judge too quickly. People sometimes may not always be as they seem. We all tend to believe that people with big smiles or who are the happiest have the 'perfect' life but actually they are the most miserable.

How ungrateful are you?

I wrote a blog post 'Do you take it for granted?' where I talk about the things you would never think about and probably do take for granted. If you haven't read that one then you should have a read, because this post leads on from there. In this post I'm going to talk about the things that we are more aware of, and we

How should you act when you meet 'the one'?

I'm going to try to keep this post short, and sweet. Most people when they go to meet 'the one' or anyone that they think may become a part of their future, won't act how they actually are at first. I'm not

You can't turn back time.

You can't turn back time but you can learn from your experience, mistakes and other people's stories. There is simply no point in regretting something if you are unable to undo your mistakes. You must try to accept it and move forward. In life you will

In this society many of us are still 'forced' to look a certain way, be a certain way, act a certain way and I think this needs a post of its own. Yes, things are changing very fast but this issue still exists. If not in work, then in school, if not in

Charity is not all about giving money. It can be a simple smile.

So in my last post I wrote about 'Does charity really begin at home for you?' where I basically talked about people helping everyone but not those around them. In this post I wanted to talk about helping everyone and not choosing to help

So I see this a lot nowadays where people stop helping their close ones and go to help others. I agree you should help everyone, you should try to give charity as much as possible but what people ignore is

Have you ever been compared to someone else?

I know most people can relate when I say that you have been compared to someone else by your parents, teachers or anyone right? If you get a bad grade, parents will be like '’why can’t you be like such and such they got this’’. If you get a good grade it will be like '’why didn’t you do better than this’’. It does not matter what it is parents will always be like

Is the Ash Kumar Henna Course Worth it?

My mum pushed me towards doing a henna course and what better place to do it than the Ash Kumar Academy. I rang them up, I got all the information I needed, I was given all the information and without wasting time I booked myself onto the course. I booked a hotel, and train down to London and I was ready. I wanted to see if Henna was something I could do on the side and if I enjoyed it.

My DressYourFace London Seminar Experience

Previously when Tamanna Roashan came to London she had trouble with the British immigration officers and was separated from her husband, and detained for five hours plus. Tamanna Roashan was told she had to leave the country immediately and she could not do her show. When Tamanna Roashan got back to the US she began organising her paperwork, and visa. Tamanna Roashan planned to return to London in about two months' time.

My Z Bridal Training Academy Experience

I wanted to just do a hair and makeup course for myself, however I found a lost passion that sparked inside of me when I started to do the course. I contacted a lot of big academies for hair and makeup however Z Bridal were the ones that got back to me really fast and were very open and informative. They gave me all the information I needed and without thinking much I decided to take the opportunity and book myself on the course.
