Everything is not always as it seems

Often things are not what they appear to be so don't judge too quickly. People sometimes may not always be as they seem. We all tend to believe that people with big smiles or who are the happiest have the 'perfect' life but actually they are the most miserable.

For example - We see daily vloggers (on YouTube) show us all a clip about 10-20 minutes long of their day, each day and we all have this thinking that they have the most 'perfect' lives ever, but is that the case?
Youtubers will most likely never show us their real feelings (when they're upset, sad, or angry) because they have this 'image' and standard of their audience to live up to. Youtubers are most likely to be battling their own battles that they never show on camera.
This is a good example in order to explain that the smiles you see on the camera might not be the case in real-life. As soon as Youtubers turn the camera off how do you know they are not going through the hardest time of their lives? Youtubers don't show us how they do the bills, when they clean their room/house, when they are angry, upset, or sad. The audience of any Youtubers sit back and think that Youtubers have the most 'perfect' life but do they really?

People who smile a lot, or record 10 minutes of their lives or, try to see the good things may not have the 'perfect' life. In reality no one’s life is perfect. In order to find out what the person is like it's really important to get to know them as a person. It's crucial to find and talk to the person behind the camera/smile. There is no point in judging the book by the cover if you haven't read it. You need to have an intimate talk with the person so you can get to know them and ONLY then will you be able to see what the book is like beyond the cover.

So not everything is always as it seems. Don't judge too quickly. Just try to think positive. If someone says something that you know may not be the truth just think as to why they may be hiding the truth.
Take all your negative thoughts and turn them all positive.

Imagine if a Youtuber who posts a video every day doesn't post one then the comments under that video will be like very negative so, instead of thinking bad things about them, think as to all the other responsibilities and commitments they may have.
This doesn't only relate to Youtubers but it relates to EVERYONE.
Think of the bigger picture, and broaden your mind. No one's life is perfect, and don't end up making life worse for them. Just accept it and move on, don't think too much.
Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.

  3. This is so true! And I love how you say "There is no point in judging the book by the cover if you haven't read it." In my opinion it's impossible to know who someone really is unless you spend time with them in person doing things and talking about things face-to-face.

    1. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and commenting. I'm really glad you enjoyed this post :) I agree, I think communicating by phones or social media is a hard way to discover the someone. It puts up a barrier, however face-to-face you can see how the person is actually expressing themselves.

  6. This is just so true. A small part of a person can be shown on social medias or the web but to know how they actually are or feel, one must be close to them.
