We get soo busy that we often forget to enjoy life. Today I share 30 ways which will help you to enjoy life.

1. Meditate or exercise. 
2. Do the things you love. 
3. Keep yourself busy. 
4. Move away from negativity and think more positive. 
5. Explore more cultures and meet new people. 
6. Follow your dreams. 
7. Create new memories. 
8. Be kind to others and yourself. 
9. Have a balance of everything in your life. 
10. Surround yourself with positive vibes. 
11. Appreciate all the little things. 
12. Let your inner child out sometimes. 
13. Compliment yourself. 
14. Do more of the things that make you happy.
