The Ethnicity Tag

This post is extremely short and I hope you all get an insight of my ethnicity as it's a really big question for some reason, so to answer some of your questions I hope this ethnicity tag is helpful.

 1. What is your Ethnicity?
I am one hundred per cent Pakistani.

2. When was the last time you visited your country?
For the past three/four years I have been going to Pakistan every year and I tend to go back again this year.

3. Name one ethnic food you enjoy the most.
I enjoy cooking many different types of food but I love my mums’ kofta (meatball) curry, especially with boiled eggs and a chapatti. Nothing in the world beats the taste of your mothers handmade food, who else agrees?

4. Name one household item that best represents your culture.
The household item that best represents my culture is shalwar kameez (clothing). As you can see from the pictures above most mainly have a gorgeous pattern<3!

5. What part of your country are you from?
Myself and my family are from a part named Haripur which is in the middle of Islamabad and Abbottabad.

6. What song reminds you of your country?
The Pakistan national anthem and the song ‘Dil Dil Pakistan’.

7. Can you speak the language of your ethnicity?
Yes I can speak my language of ethnicity which is Urdu.
I hope you enjoyed this ethnicity tag!

I would love to know what your ethnicity is and if you could name one ethnic food in the comments that you enjoy the most!

Until next time, take care and keep smiling<3!

  1. I love reading about different ethnicities, so this post was an awesome read for me! :)
I, myself, am latvian and I think I couldn't live without curd (kind of like cottage cheese but different) in my life :)

    1. I'm glad you enjoyed reading this post! Sometimes our cultural foods become our favourite and it's super cute. Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely comment xx
