4 ways to leave your links on other blogs

Ramshaa Rose shares 4 different ways you can leave your links on other blogs.
Thanks to Stil for the beautiful visual representation.
Commenting on other blogs is something I love doing however, it’s very time consuming. But, I always leave a link back to my blog, just in case if they want to visit my blog. I don’t spam others like ‘you must visit my blog…’ or 'follow for follow'. I simply sign off like ‘Ramshaa Rose’ (which is clickable and I personally find it the easiest).

Is there a perfect way to leave your blog as a link on other blogs? Well, I’m not too sure! I think this personally depends upon a blogger. The only problem with leaving your blog as a link on other blogs is:
A) If you ever want to change your URL or decide you no longer want to continue, it’ll be a broken link (also known as dead link).
B) A change of URL means those other blogs will not be able to access your blog or be able to get back to you.

Over the years, I have had (and seen) many people leave links to their blogs via different forms. The four different (and most popular) ways are:

1) Option:
Sometimes there is an option given. So, when you fill your details on the comment section and put your blog URL in, it’ll leave your blog link (mostly on your name) automatically. Therefore, if someone hoovers over your name, they will be able to access it.
2) Leave it:
You can leave a link, at the end of your comment, you can simply post your link.

3) Leave it in little bits:
For example; www (dot) Ramshaarose (dot) com or www . Ramshaarose . com
I find this way is the hardest for others and takes a lot of time.

4) Leave it as a clickable link:
I have been using this, ever since I have started a blog. You can use the following formula and leave a clickable link:

Name

Where URL is enter your link.
Where Name is enter your blog name, or your name.

This clickable link can also be used to leave your Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and any other social media. Instead of "Name" enter the name of the social media.

There you have it! I hope this post helps many of you! Especially those who have been e-mailing and asking me how to leave your blog link as a clickable link.

If you have any other requests just drop me a message, and I'll see what I can do!

Thank you for reading!
Until next time, take care and keep smiling.
