There's nothing better than having a birthday party, and creating great memories to look back on one day. Whether it's a birthday party, or just wanting to get your family/friends together, parties are a great way to surround yourself with the people you love and care for.

I have created a checklist of some of my party essentials. 

Prep/clean the house  

A gift [wrapped up or in a gift bag]  

Bunch of flowers

Paper plates

A variety of crisps  

A variety of chocolate treats [biscuits, chocolate and more]

Party piñata and fillers

Order some food [or cook it]

Create a photo corner  

Buy photo booth props

Camera to take plenty of photographs/videos of the memorable day
